Y2K ARCHIVES

"Y2K ARCHIVES':

This Y2K-themed website is a digital time capsule, designed to immerse visitors in the bold and unforgettable aesthetics of the early 2000s. Every detail—from glittery text, and chunky fonts, to neon and metallic color palettes—recreates the energy of an era defined by self-expression and internet culture.

My project pays tribute to the golden age of MySpace, MSN Messenger, and the rise of pop-punk and R&B, blending iconic visuals with interactive elements to evoke a true sense of nostalgia. It explores the fashion, music, and digital trends that made the Y2K era so unique, celebrating everything from low-rise jeans, and bedazzled accessories, to the dramatic status updates that ruled social media.

Through carefully curated design and content, this website isn’t just a tribute—it’s a full sensory experience, transporting users back to a time when the internet was chaotic, creative, and endlessly exciting."
