Where Does the Body End and the Construct Begin?

The series of photographs explores the tension between the body and the structures that define the human experience. Through positioning myself within constructed environments, I challenge the perceived boundaries between self and space, questioning how societal frameworks dictate movement, presence, and belonging. An attempt to deconstruct the roles assigned to the body within manmade and cultural systems. Creating questions to reconsider the ways we inhabit and are shaped by our surroundings, blurring the line between the “organic” and the “artificial”, the personal and the imposed.
