This project explores the intersection of brand strategy and social impact, stemming from a core interest in leveraging established brands to address contemporary challenges. My work focuses on a hypothetical campaign for Red Bull, strategically partnered with AllTrails, to combat the pervasive issue of loneliness exacerbated by excessive screen time and "doomscrolling." The central output is a video narrative designed to resonate deeply with a Gen Z audience. Employing a dynamic blend of first-person perspective and fluid cinematic techniques, the video unfolds a compelling storyline. It starkly contrasts the isolating, negative aspects of smartphone overuse and social media consumption with the transformative, positive experiences found through engaging with the outdoors and fostering genuine community connections. Through this project, I aimed to craft visually impactful assets that not only align with Red Bull's adventurous spirit but also pivot its "gives you wings" ethos towards empowering real-world connection and well-being. The objective is to inspire viewers to "Unplug" from digital isolation and "Unleash" into more active, communal, and fulfilling lives.
