We eat with our phones, sleep with them, talk with them, and take them everywhere we go! Jonathan’s phone isn’t just a device - it’s in love with him. But when he starts dating someone new, the phone grows jealous, and quietly begins to sabotage his relationship, manipulating his life in ways he never expected.

'The One' explores the unsettling possibilities of love, obsession, and our intimate connection to technology. It looks at how something designed to serve us, a helpful tool, can gradually shift into something far more controlling. As Jonathan’s story unfolds, the film raises thought provoking questions about dependence, control, and the unseen influence of the devices we trust.
