Personal Pattern Project

The pattern is a personal one created in response to a book brief that forms part of my BA final project. The piece was intended to be used as end papers, however, could also be printed on fabric and other materials.
The repeat pattern features myself and my dog (Winston) surrounded by outdoor items. The piece was inspired by Winston’s hobbies such as walking (only in nice weather), running for tennis balls and (eating) chicken. Also, if you look closely you can see Winston peeking through the objects within the basket. The pattern is completely hand drawn using pencil and edited within photoshop.
