The beach is a place full of memories for me. Since I was a child, it has been a good friend to accompany me and a place where we made good memories. However, after I left home to study in London, these memories became even more precious. The city life and studies sometimes made me feel anxious and lonely. Therefore, I decided to take a trip to the seaside around London and documented my feelings with photography.
The ocean is so wide and mysterious. When I saw and felt the ocean, I already felt back in the arms of my family and friends, even if I didn't actually go back home. I feel so relieved and happy, as if all my worries have disappeared. Instead of feeling anxious and alone, I felt inner peace and tranquility there. When I stood on the beach and looked out over the distant sea, it was as if I could see the hope and infinite possibilities of the future. This feeling is so strong and real that it is almost impossible to describe it in words. The artwork records my emotional experience.
Although nothing special is shown in the photos, for me they carry an incomparable emotional value. These photos allow me to feel the companionship of my family and friends again, as well as the power and beauty of the sea. Each photo is a projection of my deepest emotions and a testimony to my nostalgia and memories.
